2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, they will be cancelled and all deposited funds and bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Requirements

- Correct date of birth
- Active mobile number

Registering with false information will result in immediate account cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.
Account Management
3.1 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your 63bd account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. Report any unauthorized use of your account to our support team immediately.
3.2 KYC Verification
In accordance with 63bd's security policy, you may be asked to verify your identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is completed within the specified timeframe.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account may be considered inactive if there is no activity for 180 consecutive days. Bonuses may not apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit on 63bd is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and may result in account cancellation.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases they may be delayed due to verification requirements.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — withdrawals can only be made after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and specific wagering requirements — read the details of each offer carefully.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Unused bonuses will be cancelled before account closure.
- 63bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without reason or prior notice.
- If promotion abuse is detected, all associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
63bd has four VIP tiers: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver — maximum 0.6%, Gold — maximum 0.9%, and Platinum — maximum 1.2% weekly cashback. Advancement to higher tiers depends on your continued activity and engagement on the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active and verified accounts.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on 63bd are conducted fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased. Live casino games are operated by trained dealers in real time.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 63bd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network issue or any other technical reason, 63bd is the sole authority to decide whether to refund the relevant bet or restart the game. Our decision in such cases will be considered final.
6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting
For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, if specific terms state otherwise, those will apply. For any tournament including BPL, T20 or IPL, the individual rules of each market apply.

Limitation of Liability

63bd is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure or other external factors. Changes to Terms and Termination

11.2 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All pending wagering requirements must be met and balances withdrawn before account closure. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be reopened.
